01 · Windfall Trust

Welfare resilience in the AI transition.

Fellowship and collaborative research.
Framework and Kenya / Brazil applications.

Problem
Exposure to AI-related change does not establish whether a country’s welfare system is prepared to respond.
Analysis
Connect economic risks to policy levers and the enabling conditions needed for delivery.
My contribution
Co-authorship of the framework and country applications through a Windfall Trust fellowship.
Output
A public framework, with separate studies of Kenya and Brazil.
Implication
